Your session airs on a published schedule with a live audience and real-time Q&A in the premiere chat. It opens with a branded trailer and a personal welcome from our producer — a produced broadcast, not a webinar. You attend your premiere live to answer questions as they come in.

Short-form cuts are produced from your session and handed to you for ongoing distribution on your own channels. You keep them and use them however you like — they're yours, not a rental.

Agency Listing — 90 days included
Every accepted speaker receives 90 days on the represented roster at RealmAgency.ai — the roster event planners browse when sourcing speakers — plus syndication across the Realm booking network (RealmAgency for event planners, PodRealm for podcast bookers) and the right to display the “Listed on RealmAgency” mark. This is visibility and distribution, not a service fee: bookers find you because you are listed. Outbound representation — where Sterling pursues stages on your behalf — continues through RealmBureau thereafter.

Before You Record
Nobody else hands you the studio.
Most summits invite you and then leave you to work out lighting, pacing and retakes on your own. Yours comes with the room you record it in. Every accepted speaker gets Sterling Stages for their summit session — rehearsal, recording, and a measured read on the take before you submit it. It is included in your participation fee. There is nothing extra to buy.

Rehearse against the real brief
Teleprompter, timer, unlimited retakes. Sterling plays the audience and asks the questions you are hoping nobody asks.

See your number before we see your session
Every take is scored on eight measured components — pace, fluency, pause discipline, timing, content, audience alignment, vocal and presence. Deterministic code does the measuring; Sterling tells you what it means. You will know what the room sees before the room does.

Submit the take you approve
Nothing reaches the programme until you say so. Record as many times as you like — the one you approve is the one we air.
Your Sterling Stages access covers your summit session — rehearsal, recording and scoring. It does not include hosting your own events.
The Participation Fee
It Produces Your Session.
A one-time speaker participation fee (disclosed at application) is invoiced only after you're accepted and choose to confirm your slot. It covers your full production: branded trailer, quality review, professional packaging, your premiere broadcast, and your placement stack. Speakers routinely pay $500–$2,000 to assemble this on their own.
Your SpeakerRealm directory profile is free and permanent for every accepted speaker. Promotion then earns rewards on top of the fee. Nothing is collected until you're accepted.
