Four of the five are evergreen: they live on permanently and keep generating proof, discoverability, and bookings. Only the premiere itself is a moment in time; everything else compounds. A sixth placement, a Collective Conversations podcast episode, is earned by the speakers who bring the most registrations.

Your session airs on a published schedule with a live audience and real-time Q&A in the premiere chat. It opens with a branded trailer and a personal welcome from our producer — a produced broadcast, not a webinar. You attend your premiere live to answer questions as they come in.

After the premiere, the recording stays on The SpeakerCollective YouTube channel as a permanent, searchable piece of proof. It is not a disappearing story or a 24-hour window — it keeps working for you, indexed and discoverable, long after the summit closes. The speakers who bring the most registrations earn a featured episode of Collective Conversations, the Collective's show hosted on PodRealm. Your speaker page tracks every registration back to you, so promotion is what unlocks this placement.

A published guest directory listing on PodRealm, where podcast hosts browse and book their next guests. Your session is attached, so a host can hear you before they reach out. This is how one recording turns into your next booking.

Short-form cuts are produced from your session and handed to you for ongoing distribution on your own channels. You keep them and use them however you like — they're yours, not a rental.

A searchable directory profile on SpeakerRealm with your session attached, visible to the organizations doing the booking. SpeakerRealm is where speakers find their stages — your Collective session is the proof that earns you a seat there.
Plus Sterling Stages for your summit session: rehearse it, score it, re-record it, and submit without leaving the room. Sterling Stages is included if you want it. If you would rather use your own setup or send existing footage, that works too.
The Top Promotion Reward, 40+ Registrations
Agency Listing: 90 days, earned at 40+
Speakers who bring 40 or more registrations to their summit earn 90 days on the represented roster at RealmAgency.ai, the roster event planners browse when sourcing speakers, plus syndication across the Realm booking network (RealmAgency for event planners, PodRealm for podcast bookers) and the right to display the “Listed on RealmAgency” mark. It is not included with every seat; it is the top rung of the promotion ladder below, alongside priority premiere placement.

Before You Record
Nobody else hands you the studio.
Most summits invite you and then leave you to work out lighting, pacing and retakes on your own. Yours comes with the room you record it in. Every accepted speaker gets Sterling Stages for their summit session — rehearsal, recording, and a measured read on the take before you submit it. It is included with your seat. There is nothing extra to buy.

Rehearse against the real brief
Teleprompter, timer, unlimited retakes. Sterling plays the audience and asks the questions you are hoping nobody asks.

See your number before we see your session
Every take is scored on eight measured components — pace, fluency, pause discipline, timing, content, audience alignment, vocal and presence. Deterministic code does the measuring; Sterling tells you what it means. You will know what the room sees before the room does.

Submit the take you approve
Nothing reaches the programme until you say so. Record as many times as you like — the one you approve is the one we air.
If you already have professional footage that fits the twenty five to thirty minute format, send that instead and you are done. And if you would rather record in your own setup, that is completely fine, just upload the finished file from your dashboard. The room is there if you want it, not a hoop to jump through.
Your Sterling Stages access covers your summit session — rehearsal, recording and scoring. It does not include hosting your own events.
What It Costs You
Nothing But The Recording.
There is no fee to apply and no fee on acceptance. Your full production is included with your seat: branded trailer, quality review, professional packaging, your premiere broadcast, and your placement stack. Speakers routinely pay $500–$2,000 to assemble this on their own.
Your SpeakerRealm directory profile is free and permanent for every accepted speaker. Promotion then earns rewards on the ladder beside this. Nothing is ever collected from you.
The Rewards Ladder
15+ registrations
A feature in the daily summit emails, plus your card on the Top Promoter leaderboard.
25+ registrations
1 month of RealmBureau membership (Agent plan, normally $497/mo), where Sterling pursues stages on your behalf, plus a second daily-email feature.
40+ registrations
90 days on the represented roster at RealmAgency, syndicated across RealmAgency for event planners and PodRealm for podcast bookers, with the “Listed on RealmAgency” mark, plus priority premiere placement (the marquee air time of the summit).
Premiere slots are assigned by registrations, with the marquee slots reserved for 40+ promoters. The schedule locks shortly before premieres.
