The Founding 12 — the twelve speakers of The AI-Powered Expert Summit, premiering October 21–22, 2026. One 25–30 minute prerecorded session becomes six permanent placements: a produced live premiere with you in the chat, an evergreen YouTube feature, a Collective Conversations podcast episode, a PodRealm guest directory listing, social clips delivered to you, and a SpeakerRealm directory profile — plus your own speaker landing page with built-in registration tracking.

The Timeline

• Apply: closes October 5 — about five minutes, reviewed on a rolling basis
• Answer: within 3–5 days — acceptance, or honest feedback on why not
• Record: your 25–30 minute session, on your own schedule, submitted by October 14 (strong existing footage that meets spec is welcome)
• Air times: announced October 16. Premiere: October 21–22

What We Expect From You

• A value-first session — no pitching from stage. Your free gift and your speaker page carry your calls-to-action.
• Promotion to your audience using your personal speaker link. Every registration is tracked and credited to you.
• What you get before you record. Sterling Stages for your summit session. Sterling interviews you to find the talk, helps you structure it, rehearses it with you against a teleprompter and a timer, and scores every take on pace, fluency and timing. You submit when the number says you are ready, and it reaches us automatically.
• A one-time speaker participation fee on acceptance — it covers your production: branded trailer, quality review, professional packaging, your premiere broadcast, and your placement stack. It is not refundable and does not convert to credit. Promotion earns rewards on top of it: 15+ registrations earns 1 month of RealmBureau membership (our premium bureau membership, normally paid), 25+ earns 3 months plus a feature in the daily summit emails, 40+ earns priority premiere placement plus a second feature. Your SpeakerRealm directory profile is free and permanent either way. The exact amount and terms are shown in the Speaker Agreement before you submit. Speakers routinely pay $500 to $2,000 to assemble this on their own.
