The SpeakerCollective is operated by SpeakerRealm LLC. By using this site you accept these terms.

Speaker accounts are for the named individual. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used to misrepresent identity or affiliation.

Summit attendance is free unless stated otherwise. Schedules, speakers, and session availability may change. Recordings remain available at our discretion.

The site design, wordmark, written material, and produced session packaging belong to SpeakerRealm LLC or its speakers. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute sessions outside the platforms where we publish them.

Speaking participation is additionally governed by the Speaker Terms.

No scraping, spamming, harassment of speakers or attendees, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may remove access for conduct that harms the community.

Sessions are educational. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice, and results described by speakers are not guarantees.
