• Summit registration: your name and email address.
• Speaker applications: contact details, brand and website, session pitch, experience, audience size, free gift, lane preference, and the consents you accepted with their timestamp.
• Attribution: the tracking code in the link you arrived through, so we can credit the speaker who referred you.
• Files you upload, such as headshots and session recordings.

• Running the event: registration, reminders, premiere schedules, and access links.
• Summit communications and related updates from The SpeakerCollective.
• Speaker promotion: publishing accepted speakers' profiles, sessions, and clips.
• Measuring which speakers drove registrations, for the deposit conversion ladder.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Service providers we rely on to operate — email delivery, hosting, and video platforms — process data only on our instructions.

We keep registration and application records for as long as they are useful to operating the Collective. To access, correct, or delete your data, email Hello@thespeakercollective.com and we will action it. Published session recordings are governed by the Speaker Terms you accepted.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an application or a session you are producing will still reach you.
